Table of Organization

Gomab Trading, Limited’s table of organization as shown in Figure 1 has the Chief Operations Officer at the top, with seven directors underneath. The company’s directors head the directorates of Finance, Legal, Warehouse Operations, Human Resources, Logistics, Product Development and Sales, as well as Textile Manufacturing Operations. In addition to the director, the management team of the warehouse operations directorate includes section managers and foremen. The management team of the Product Development and Sales directorate also includes product line managers. The Textile Manufacturing directorate also includes an industrial engineer, section managers and foremen.

Concept Development:

The concept of the enterprise is a premier denim fabric manufacturing company with a focus on 100% cotton heavy weight and versatile use fabrics with a secondary focus on vintage and fashionable styles and weights. The target customer base consists of companies that produce and market durable work wear and denim fashions. The company sells to all denim customers with a targeted focus on resellers and denim product manufacturers. The company handles all phases of denim manufacturing from yarn manufacturing, warping and weaving to finishing and shipment. Emphasis on high quality products and efficient operations allows Gomab Trading, Ltd to be able to provide a good, consistent, durable product at reasonable prices.

The production operation process this company uses is discontinuous batch flow with the product flowing through different stages of manufacturing, each with their own pace and process. The manufacturing process of denim production includes spinning, bale warping, rope dyeing, long chain beaming, sizing, weaving, finishing, inspection and folding, packing and shipment.
