Vendor Project Implementation Plan

Human Resource Plan

In this section of the vendor management project the team will identify, describe and provide the overall roles and responsibilities of those who partake either internally or externally on the project.

The external resources that will interact with the project are as follows:

• Temp Agency

• Hardware Vendor

• Systems Vendor

• QA Support

The temp agency will be utilized to obtain three additional data entry personal that will be needed in order to migrate current data of the old system into the new system. The hardware vendor will be responsible for ensuring that all hardware and software is delivered within the specifications of the ordered hardware/software items. They are also responsible for ensuring the warranty on the products being delivered. The QA support resources will ensure that the team has access to any questions or feedback with the new system. They will also assist in the training of the new system in order to ensure that all users have knowledge of the system.

Internal Resources will consist of:

• PM

• PM Assistant

• Engineer (hardware, software, testing)

• Analyst

• Tech Support

• Data Entry 1, 2, 3

• VP of Operations

• VP of Commercial Division

The PM role in the project is to ensure that all processes for the project have been met. To also report any risk issues with the scope to upper management and stakeholders. Update weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as indicated for the project risk plan and matrix plans. Provide support, research and training to the project team. The PM assistant role is to ensure all documented data is gathered and inputted into the project system in order to comply with the internal standards of the project.
