In-N-Out is a famous southwestern family owned burger shop that mainly set its branches in Arizona, Nevada and especially California. In 1948 In and Out has been established in Baldwin Park, California. For more than sixty years In and Out keeps its founder’s idea of making fresh, highest quality foods customers can buy and provide them with friendly service in a sparkling clean environment. In this paper we will focus on how to transform its American style model to an Asian one and how to expand In and Out oversea market in Hong Kong.
