Since global warming affected the rule of atmospheric circulation，climate change has become a major and considerable issue which cannot be avoided. Climate change, which started in the late nineteenth century in the world, is a significant and lasting change in average weather conditions and the distribution of weather over a long period of time. Although fewer deaths resulting from cold exposure thanks to climate change, it contributes to social and natural problems, such as sea level rise, extreme weather and food supply. Use energy-saving products in daily life and choose a low-carbon way to travel are the most effective and convenient solutions. However, the combination of technology and reduction in GHG emissions needs to be improved constantly.

First of all, climate change may have a negative impact on the agriculture and food supply all over the world. Because winter heating and summer cooling could become more frequent, crops which should grow in low temperature may fail because of elevated temperature. With a unstable precipitation，reductions in soil moisture may affect dry regions. In contrast, extreme precipitation becomes more drastic and frequent in most regions, especially the middle latitude and wet tropics. No crops can grow in arid soil and the heavy rain might beat all the crops down. Carbonic acid may be formed which results in the ocean acidification when carbon dioxide dissolves in sea water. In the long term, the acidified sea water can encroach upon the surrounding fields. To relieve the pressure from climate change and increase food supply, pollution tax is a considerable way to make pollution activities more expensive and green solution more affordable.
