Introduction

What does it take to become a successful leader? What qualities must have to be a successful leader? Who would consider a role model that could teach the things needed to become a successful leader?

In my presentation I want to introduce you a person who has had a significant influence in my field of study and why I choose them as a role model. I also want to show you the steps that I will be taking to become successful in my chosen field.

John T. Chambers is the person I have chosen as my role model he is a CEO in my field and he also ranks in the top 10 of all the CEO’s in the world.

In my presentation you will learn what my chosen field of study is, along with what important leadership qualities are needed in my field. I going to tell you more about my role model and why his leadership skills make him a good role model.

The main areas in my presentation will include My Field of Study and intended Career, My Characteristics of a Good Leader, My Role model in my selected field, and My Own Leadership Skills and Successful Qualities.

I choose Network Systems Administration as my program and career field

I have always had an interest in technology and seeing that cybercrimes are being committed more and it being one of the quickest growing job fields it would be a great field to get into.

I gave myself a goal, that I would finish my program and earn my degree in 6 to 8 years barring any problems that could cause it to take longer.
