90 Day Forecast LA

The 90 day forecast for the LA East Territory is based on the production reports form the last 4 months. The data (page 2) compiled offers a bench mark for projecting and identifies key opportunities based on body types. The information includes Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, and Dodge sales but does not include any parts or retrofit orders. The results show that 78% of units sold are 40-VO-98's. (see Figure 1)

These reports don't take into count periods of chassis unavailability or material constraints. However, they still offer a clear picture of production capabilities and opportunities to improve. I will be looking to capture additional sales beyond the current average in the amounts listed.

I am confident that based on past production and current supply I will be able to achieve these results. The additional units can be found working with dealerships who have previously ordered limited amounts of units because of market conditions. Increasing dealer awareness and launching directed marketing campaigns will be beneficial to the success of these goals. I will also look to Ford dealers to become more active as 2011 units, that they have requested, become available.
