Introduction

My personal values and work ethics coincide with another n my personal and professional affairs. I am a hard and honest worker, and I truly love to help people achieve their goals they have set for themselves. In reference to Kudler Fine Foods, I feel that their business is very customer oriented, and want to make sure that they have the freshest products available to them. It is an honest business, owned by a woman who has the dream to branch out to other areas so that she can offer the same services to customers farther away. I feel that I would fit in pretty nicely at Kudler because I have a personal passion for shopping organic and fresh, as well as a passion to help people find what they are looking for. As a manager at Kudler, I would probably help the store with my knowledge in purchasing fresh products, as well as making sure the customer is happy. The owner likes the personal relationship she has with each customer, and I can help keep that connection alive for her.

My Values

In a personal and a professional setting, I am honest and trustworthy. I feel that I am a dependable person that people can count on for things to “get done”. I am considered a leader in everything that I do, as well as a very organized person. I feel I am a people pleaser, but found the balance between overdoing it and “just enough”. All together, my priorities are God and my family. Everything else is materialistic. I know that I do not need an abundance of money to be happy, and I also know that I do not need all the junk food that is promoted on television to stay satisfied. I feel that not being driven by money and materialistic items; I have the upper-hand because I do not want to be stressed out and working my tail off my whole life. I know that I could stay in my salary now and be just fine. I know that my husband would be fine, and I also know that my children would be fine.
