ABSTRACT
Budget control and utilization of government funds in most countries is becoming a requirement to effectively improve the economy of the country and to improve the living standard of the people. The major purpose of budget control is to control the availability of funds of any country. This study was guided by the following research questions; what is the effect of control and planning in the utilization of government funds in the utilization of government funds in Keiyo south District? How does monitoring and control affect the utilization of government funds in Keiyo South District? How does analyzing and feedback affects the utilization of government fund in Keiyo south District?
