An Organization has a face that they present everyone when they conduct business. They also portrait an attitude on how conduct business as well. They way they have earn there face and attitude is there culture, behavior, Diversity and communication.

When it comes to culture and behavior in an organization it comes from top management then filtered down as a behavior. Culture is defining the organization work ethics along with the organization dedication to its goal. Culture is also a mindset of each individual of the organization that creates a positive or negative behavior. I will go ahead and say that culture is the most important characteristic of an organization since it creates behavior. Behavior also gives everyone a idea that person conducts with others.

Organizational behavior is the form of how people, individuals, and groups act in the organization. These behaviors come from all individual in the organization and those behaviors come from past employer, ethics, and past experience. Each level of the organization has a behavior that helps or hurt the performance of the organization. Success comes from everyone behavior in the organization since it comes from culture.

Diversity is a great aspect of an organization since it shows how open minded an organization is. Diversity is also a business tactic, which encourages diversity to better serve heterogeneous customer base. Diversity also helps an organization to view situation in from another position then they are use to seeing. Diversity also open up different avenues for an organization that will help the organization grows. Diversity can also upset certain individuals in the organization if certain are done different from the norm.
