After comparing the strengths and weaknesses of Tesco and Giant, and by using the simple rating method, Tesco is, after all, our favorite hypermarket.
Firstly, the product’s price of Tesco and Giant is slightly different and most of the time, this is due to promotion carried out by Tesco and Giant. This pricing strategy is hard to make compare since some of the products’ prices almost the same between Tesco and Giant, for example the price of dog and cat food, canned food and so on.
Next, in terms of convenience, we would maintain that Tesco outshines Giant. To begin with, Giants are usually situated in a less strategic place compared to Tesco. In Penang, Giants are situated at Bayan Baru and Seberang Prai, whereas Tesco...
