1.0 Introduction

According to the free Encyclopedia, a hotel is an establishment that provides lodging paid on a short- term basis. The core purpose of Hotels seems straight-forward that is to provide a place for travelers to sleep. However modern travelers now are looking for far more, leading hotels to rise to the occasion to provide luxuries and requirements of a modern traveler.

Fiji is one of the developing nations in the Pacific Island. Among developing experience, Fiji’s dependence on tourism has increased dramatically. Tourism is Fiji’s largest export earner, directly and indirectly contributing towards the economy of Fiji.

Tanoa International Hotel is a part of Tourism Industry in my locality contributing towards the economy. Tanoa International Group which is a multinational company provides award winning accommodation, sensational facilities set amidst tropical gardens for leisure, conference, corporate and wedding guest.
