SWOT Analysis
A SWOT Analysis is the best way to identify the differences between project-based organizations and non-project based organizations. By conducting a SWOT analysis it helps to determine which organizational structure that is best for the business. By doing the comparison it helps to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of project-based organizations and non-project-based organizations. Included in the paper below is an SWOT analysis table to help show what analysis is done to help determine which is best for the organization.
