Decisions in Paradise, Part III Paper

Hello, this is Nik again for the final time. I have defined the issues that appear, and discuss the forces that are involved in formulation of the problem. Moreover, use problem formulation tools and techniques to describe the organizational and environmental obstacles in a way that considers various key stakeholders that will be impacted by decisions, in which, I will apply critical thinking in the decision-making process. In addition, I applied a decision-making technique to identify the solutions and provide an analysis of the specific steps utilized in applying my selected decision-making technique made, examine the decision-making model I selected and explain how it influences and/or affects my proposed solutions, and Wal-Mart made a decision and it has been implemented. Now I have a series of questions to answer to determine the value of the outcome. Were the solutions I proposed successful? How successful were they? How do I know? What do I do if it is not successful? According to University of Phoenix (2010), “Discovering the extent to which my decision accomplished the set objective is one factor in ensuring that the decision is perceived as successful.” In this summary, I am going to determine the factors affecting decision implementation in Wal-Mart and my proposed solutions. I will evaluate resources and actions required for decision implementation of my proposed solutions and evaluate the ethical implications from stakeholders’ perspectives of my proposed solutions.

The factors affecting decision implementation for Wal-Mart and my proposed solutions are communication, ethics, cross-cultural issues, legal issues, and ethical values. To gain acceptance from key participants, I have to have skilled use of...
