LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

ALEX J. INGALLS

I, Alex J. Ingalls, being a resident of Holmes County, Florida, do make, publish, and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills and codicils before made by me.

SECTION ONE

MARITAL STATUS AND FAMILY DATA

I am a married man and I have three natural children, Kevin Dale Ingalls, Westville, Florida; Nichole L. Ingalls Henderson, Graceville, Florida; and John Alton Ingalls, Dothan, Alabama, all adults.

SECTION TWO

DEBTS AND EXPENSES

I direct that all debts which I am legally obligated to pay at the time of my death, my last illness, and funeral expenses, and the cost of administration of my estate, be paid as soon as practical after my death; provided however, that my Personal Representative shall not be required to pay any obligation in advance of its maturity.

SECTION THREE

FUNERAL AND BURIAL INSTRUCTIONS

I direct my Personal Representative to make any and all arrangements as to my funeral and burial.

SECTION FOUR

GIFT OF REAL PROPERTY

I give, devise and bequeath my real property and home located in Holmes County, Florida being 1321 Riddle Drive, Westville, Florida 32464, if I am still in ownership of said property at the time of my demise, to my daughter, Nichole L. Ingalls Henderson, and my wife, Debra J. Ingalls, as tenants in common. This property is not to be sold.

I give, devise and bequeath my real property and mobile home located in Holmes County, Florida being 1333 Riddle Drive, Westville, Florida 32464 and my real property and mobile home located in Holmes County, Florida being 1314 Riddle Drive, Westville, Florida 32464, if I am still in

ownership of said property at the time of my demise, to my daughter, Nichole L. Ingalls Henderson, and my wife, Debra J. Ingalls, as tenants in common. This property is not to be sold.

SECTION FIVE
