Task List

1. Analyze the source of funds. Here, there were subscribers who have sent renewal and new application with and without payment.

2. Determine process for action taken. For subscribers who haven’t sent their payments yet, billing must be prepared.

3. Expand applicable process involved. During the billing process, subscriber account history must be analyzed so as to compute for any repeated billings.
