Adaption:

Adaption means using the easy words which helpful to the readers to understand simply.

Here are some suggestions to adapt to the readers-

1.      We should use familiar words

2.      We should chose short words

3.      We should use technical words and acronyms with caution

4.      We should use concrete language

5.      We should use active voice

6.      We should avoid overuse of camouflaged verbs

7.      We should select words for precise meanings

8.      We should gender-neutral words

9.      We should avoid words that stereotype by race, nationality, or sexual orientation

10. One should use friendly and conversational language

11. One should avoid rubber stamp

12. Use you-view point

13. Use positive language

14. Maintain coherence
