To this end, Healthy Burger will provide only the best totally organic foods, free of antibiotics, growth hormones, or GMOs. In addition, Healthy Burger recognizes the right of all stakeholders to work in a supportive, ethical and healthy environment, receiving a fair living wage. Healthy Burger also recognizes its responsibility to respect the environment and use only environmentally friendly packaging and products.

Healthy Burgers target market is all consumers who prefer healthy food that tastes good. Unlike the target market for the Burger King Whopper, whose target market is much broader, simply anyone looking for inexpensive fast food.

A secondary target market is made up of those people that have allergies to food additives and growth hormones and those who are opposed to any kind of food source manipulation such as irradiation, use of synthetic pesticides, and those opposed to genetically modified organisms.

Three micro environmental factors to consider in the marketing of Healthy Burgers are suppliers, consumers, and the media. The suppliers of the healthy food products are the most important of all of the micro environmental factors. If the suppliers cannot produce enough organic food at a reasonable price then there will be no products to sell at Healthy Burger. It is Healthy Burgers plan to help subsidize those organic food producers to help develop the necessary sources of products.
