INTRODUCTION

Happiness on job life is really important issue . Poeple fall into depression because of various job problems. They face different things on daily worktimes and sometimes influenced bad. These bad events cause employee to have stress. In today's economic crisses, there are a lot of layoffs, bankruptcies and problems in all over the world . Many people became vacated and it brought other difficulties.To cope with job stres, they must be well defined.

Causes of Job Stres

Feeling of powerlessness is one of the most common job stressors. It also cause depression on employees. Especially some occupations like secretaries, middle managers, editors… have too little authority although so many things to do.

Not loving occupation is the another cause of unhappiness on the job. Many people work on their jobs because of salary, benefits, pension and responsibility of their families. In other words, they wera golden handcuff and have a stressful job life.

Traumatic events are important and effective in human’s life. Danger thematic works such as ambulance drivers, firefighters, military personel carry their bad moods also after work times. So to say that their stressful and fearful jobs becomes nightmare ,which create post-traumatic stress disorder, for them.

Work conditions sometimes may be a physical stress cause.Noise, lack of privacy, poor lighting, poor ventilation, and temperature control creates pressure .
