Facilitator Information                                                                                                 Dr. Christie Artusonurdrchris@email.phoenix.edu (University of Phoenix)cea1018@gmail.com (Personal)9072403233 (Alaska Time Zone)Facilitator AvailabilityI am online at least once every day, unless I post a message to the contrary in the classroom; my

cell phone (telephone contact number provided) does not always have service in my hospital -

however - I will retrieve messages and return calls within a 24 hour period of time; email is always

the quickest way to reach me; remember that Alaska is 4 hours behind the east coast time zone -

sometimes impacting direct responses to your telephone questions. If necessary to contact me by

telephone - please do not hesitate, but remember that I may not be able to connect with you for

about 24 hours; email guarantees a quicker response. For emergencies when you are not able to

gain access to the OLS exchange server, http://myclass.phoenix.edu please send a message to

my personal email address. The time zone in Alaska often poses difficulty, especially for my east

coast students - however - email carries a guaranteed response 2-3 times daily - so your best

avenue for reaching me quickly is through email - I do check it and respond quickly! . For emergencies, when you are not able to gain access to messages in the classroom, please send a message to my personal email address. In the event a third party needs to contact me, please direct them to my contact information listed under "facilitator information." No third party should use your login credentials to gain access to the classroom. |
