IV. PERSONAL EVALUATION OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM.

Reaction Paper by the trainee to include comments on the following areas:

1. SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS

✓ On The Job Training is one way which we need to improve individual, team and corporate performance in terms of output, quality, speed and overall productivity. On The Job Training help us to become more familiar with the realities of working and gaining skills needed for the job it is also one of the best training methods because it is planned, organized, and conducted at the employee's worksite.

✓ When we are On the Job Training we need to develop our Professionalism in the workplace. We must act as professionals and we should maintain it inside and outside of the company. Teamwork is really important not only in any organizations but in many aspects of our life. We are committed to work as one family to achieve our common goal in the spirit of cooperation, mutual respect and trust.

2. TECHNICAL SKILLS AND NEW TECHNOLOGY LEARNED

✓ Using MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, etc. are not hard for me to work on. Even though I have a background on using this, it enhances my skills in terms of doing some work.

✓ Using Photoshop and pixlr help me to improve my knowledge and skills in terms of editing pictures and making some layout.

✓ Using their System (Jupiter Systems, Inc.). another knowledge that I can use in the future.

3. EQUIPMENT, MACHINERY, TESTING APPARATUS, ETC., HANDLED.

✓ I learned how to use fax machine, which I didn’t know how to use before. Aside to SAP System that I’m taking up now in school I learned another system which is the Jupiter system that I can apply in my future job.

4. EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY PERSONNEL INVOLVED IN THE TRAINING.

✓ In order to have a better communication with the employees/ co-workers, they are always open to us whenever we have questions or we need some help. We are committed to work as one family...
