We have been given an organization (chenone) to visit and prepare our final project for the partial requirement of Principle of Management course. We collected and measured data given by H.R Manager of chenone, Mr Nadeem Akhter. We are grateful for the cooperation of chenone’s staff all of my group members who worked partially for fulfilling there requirements of the report and we encourages Ms,Umme Summaya for her complete guidance and help throughout the course.

Executive summary

Chen one started from small base, Faisalabad in 1975 as Chenab textile. Lose fabric comes from Chenab textile. The first branch established in 1907, at Rahim yar khan.The first ever branch was opened at Park Tower Karachi in 1907. When Chen one was the one place which was giving every product under one roof. Chenone has more business unit like shoes brand named ‘Pretty Fit’ of which few branches opened in Karachi.

Chen One bought new life style innovation ideas, thinking and many different things to the peoples, other brands are just following it. Chenone survey and identify the customer needs and consider the profit margin for cost control, recommend regular sales to benefit the middle class customers for their convenience purchases. If the stock remains in excess to reach sales, they put them on promotional sales. They never produce everything by own, we import some materials as well such as crockery and accessories but manufacture furniture,wardrobe etc, they also use latest technology of IT, and prefer to work online, rather through paper working. All of the branches are limited with head office and the data is being stored their via centralized control system.
