La Concepcion College is a young nucleus of rich academic, cultural, and athletic achievements. It takes pride in its eminent founder who is an experienced educator and business person to established one of the fast growing institution of deep – seated education in the heart of San Jose Del Monte City of Bulacan.

Based on the observations that the proponents conducted, the researchers found out that on the manual system that the school is presently using, information and records are not kept accordingly that causes slow retrieval of important papers and documents. Additional to that, the researchers found out that the school is heavily crowded during enrollment months (in between May-June).

The Administration finds it hard to focus on specific errand. The enrollment officers are handling both inquiry and enrollment task that enables to obtain a hard time setting priority for which will be the first to prioritized.

Before being enrolled, each student (new and former) must undergo the manual enrollment procedure. Upon claiming records former students must provide the school clearance for clerical purposes and for new students, it is necessary to present the required documents before proceeding to the enrollment officers. Due to manual enrollment system for former students, it became impossible to have a faster retrieval of student’s current records. Students must check and acquire the recent records from the registrar’s office which is difficult in times where numbers of enrollees are also retrieving their records that allow the area to be crowded and it doesn’t have enough employees to satisfy the gravity of the students. Since the registrar’s area is not equipped with automated information system it causes the slow retrieval of information especially if the record that is needed is located from past school year files.
