ASSIGNMENT

You will need to form a group of 4 to 5 persons and select a group leader. Each group is required to select one technology from the list below. The selected technology must be different from other groups in your class.

Do a research on the technology, its invention and workflow. And then find a company which applying this technology into its product or service providing. Do not choose a company which manufacturing the technology. After that, conduct an analysis on how such technology helps the company achieving competitive advantage over their rivals. From the analysis, you will find out the risk that the company had faced in implementing the technology. Finally, summarize your findings and suggest solutions to the risk or problems that faced by the company.
