b) This meal has lots of Calories which I believe is good because the more calories we intake the more energy we get to work. It has the right amount of sodium. It also has some proteins which also gives us energy. The only bad thing about this meal is it is high in cholesterol which can be bad for heart.
c) I would eat this meal because Jimmy John’s sandwiches are not only healthy but are also fresh.

b) This meal has fewer calories which mean less energy to use for work. It is also high in sodium which can cause heart disease, kidney disease and stroke. The good thing about this meal is that it does not have that much cholesterol. This meal could be better if a person looses coke and brownie.
c) I would not eat this meal because I am very conscious about eating fried foods. Also I am not sure whether the chicken used for sandwich is fresh or not.
