Re: 2-Day Training Session
Unplanned Changes
As with any project that involves individuals gathering from multiple locations or performing many tasks, there can be unforeseen changes that can take place, these changes could include items such as a sick individual, or a missed flight or sudden change in venue due to circumstances out of our control. Due to the short length of this project, any unplanned changes will be reported within the hour to help facilitate the change and keep the training session on track. any changes that require monetary value will be submitted in writing.
The Evaluation of Project Quality
Certified instructors will lead the training and hold question and answer segment s in each section. The project quality will be tracked with a number of question and answer sheet throughout the 2 Day session. The questions will relate to material learned and section tests will also be administered. This will allow us to track the quality of the training session as well as the retention of the information.
Change Control Issues
Change control is the systematic approach to managing all the changes that are made to the system. The change control will be documented, then be assessed to evaluate the risks and benefits. The planning and design phase of the project is complete, as per our last memo, the next stage is training and implementation.
Communication and Reports
The project will last two days, at the end of each day there will be an evaution of the days training along with progress reports on schedule and budget. The daily reports will be followed by a completion report within 48 hours of trainings end.
