TOPIC: New Team Development

The Company will develop a new line of products as an expansion of the brands available on the market. The new line that will be developed is about pet care products. The brand is Nature´s Pet Group, which has a series of products for pet care, and pet food. Upper management has requested that the line will be represented by Miguel Ramos and he will be in charge of all decision making. The team members are Jessica Casiano, Pollyana Cotto and Waleska Molina. Miguel will make some assesments and will compare all results to make sure everybody is in the position that will take out the best of each individual.

The test results for Jessica Casiano and Waleska Molina are ENFJ for the Jung Test, which revealed that both have characteristics very similar such as charismatic, compassionate, and persuasive that are good characteristics to work directly with customers. That´s why the team leader decided to assign Jessica to be the Marketing Manager for the new line and Waleska will be the new Customer Relations Manager. These two positions will work together as a team because the marketing manager will develop new ways to enter the market and on the other hand the customer relations manager will apply these strategies to the market and the customer. These are critical positions with this new line of product because these are the keys to succeed with a new brand in the market.

Based on results this two team members will succeed on their new positions because they have the strengths that are needed to be a health advisor for pet care products and they are able to promote an event, and as an introduction to a new brand we will have some events that will need this kind of attention from this two team members and their ability to work with customers and the distributors of the new product.
