Team Introduction

Team A is comprised of Shannon Blair, Sarah Fernandez, Jesse Dunaway, Julia Guzman Lucas, and Gwen Kelly. While some of the team members have worked together as a virtual team in the past, others are new to one another. Having already established relationships between team members can be seen as an advantage since these team members have already created a working relationship that is based on trust and accountability. Team members who have not yet had the opportunity to work together are excited to build a new network of peers and look forward to learning from new insights and perspectives. Team A is a team of seasoned professionals who are close to the end of their educational journey within their respective business programs. The following is summary of each team members’ strengths and the various experiences and perspectives they bring to the team.

Shannon Blair

She is presently employed as a HR Specialist in Recruitment and Staffing for FEMA. Her experience in HR has taught her the importance of being able to relate to others, forming trust, and having effective communication.  Shannon is practical, sensible, and concise. According to her Insights profile, she is a “supporting coordinator”. She put a lot of value in relationships with others and strives to be prepared, organized, and prefers to have things planned out well in advance, although she admits has been known to procrastinate, especially she’s when tired or busy. She has learned the importance of being adaptable and flexible over the course of her professional career. As a team member, she is supportive, encouraging, consistent and dependable. She prefers to work together in decision making but also feels confident in taking the lead when the situation or decision calls for it....
