Ethics course gave us the opportunity to have a different point of view on the important social responsability and ethics in the companies upon the society. Especially, having different researches and perspectives on a self chosen organization. In this report we will explain our researches made on the company Infant milk controversy of Nestlé SA. The report will be based on researches made through internet and books while using our actual understand of ethics. The actual document will axactly develop the actual reasons of Nestlé's boycott through several moral & ethical decision analysis.

Executive Summary

Ethical issues are nowadays an essential element of every type of business. We choose to analyze the controversy of Nestlé SA, in order to practice and implement what we learned during the lectures. All the findings will be explained in this document, going through the different actors in this case to the ethical decision analysis. The purpose of this paper is to examine both sides of this controversy, and also to understand the boycott, implementation of new product codes, the changes that happened in the industry after this case. On both sides close ethical relationships were highly involved.
