SUMMARY OF FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

This chapter presents the summary of findings, conclusions and recommendations based from the results of the evaluation, comments and suggestions.

Summary of Findings

After days of hard work the proponents able to create a computerized enrollment system for the SPCC Registrar’s Office, Accounting Office and Course Head. With the database installed in one of the computer the proponents suggested that they should allocate one PC or a Server for database so that it can function more efficiently and to avoid have some problems with the computer. The system is running smoothly with the computers at the SPCC but only tested with Windows Operating System only.

After studying and analyzing the current system of SPCC, The proponents settled that having a reliable, fast and easy way of enrollment help the employees specially the students that will enroll to the school. The proposed system let enrollees save time during enrollment and give more efficient at accurate information in filing and searching records of students.

Conclusions

After studying and analyzing the current system of SPCC, The proponents settled that having a reliable, fast and easy way of enrollment help the employees specially the students that will enroll to the school. The proposed system can provide faster searching and filing of records to. The proposed system is based upon the SPCC needed. All of the staff that will handle the system will be surely benefited most. The proposed system is restricted to SPCC’s Registrar’s Office, Accounting Office and Course Head Office use only.
