Abstract

The purpose of this memorandum is to elaborate on a leadership strategy for a new department added to the company to reach a particular market segment. The leadership strategy will include the names and personality assessment of all the team members, a leadership approach for each team member that reflects leadership theories and personality evaluations, an evaluation of the urgency and culture situation.

Personality Assessment

Team A personality assessment according to the Jungian 16-type personality assessment are as followed:

Danielle Mcgregor- Danielle’s assessment scores are ISFJ. This means she is loyal, amiable and willing to make sacrifices for the greater good. Danielle’s possible career as a masseur, vet, painter, mechanic, and clerical supervisor.

Tameika Dicks- Tameika’s assessment scores are ESFP. This means she is sociable, fun loving, spontaneous, and very generous. Tameika’s possible careers are an event coordinator, musician, emergency room nurse, fund-raiser, and comedian.

Pamela Kendricks- Pamela’s assessment scores are ENFP. This means she is people oriented, creative, and highly optimistic. Pamela’s possible careers are publicist, research assistant, playwright, restaurateur, columnist, and conflict mediator.

Tasha Clemons- Tasha’s assessment scores are ESFJ. This means she is gracious, have good interpersonal skills, and is eager to please. Tasha’s possible careers are social worker, optometrist, childcare worker, and a nun.
