Below I have included a list of health and life benefits available to employees.

Health Insurance

Due to the rising cost of medical care and medication we offer a Preferred Provider Organization medical plan. PPO is a group of doctors who create an organization or a network of doctors that pledge lower costs to the employer. Employees using this plan may choose from a list of participating doctors.

Retirement Plan

We offer two types of retirement plans, contributory and noncontributory plans. With the contributory plan the employer will match every dollar the employee pays towards their retirement plan. With noncontributory plan only the money paid by the employee will be used towards the retirement plan.

Dental Plan

We also offer a dental plan to where we our insurance will cover the cost after employee has made the deductible.

Paid Vacation

Employees who work hourly or salary are eligible for one week paid vacation after first year of hiring, after five years employees are eligible for two weeks of paid vacation. The employees must submit in writing a request for vacation time one month prior to requested vacation time.

Sick Leave

We offer seven sick days per year of hiring. In order to receive sick day pay the employee must submit a doctor’s note excusing the individual from work on said day before the end of payroll period.
