The ANOVA and Nonparametric Tests Simulation was enlightening in regards to the presentation of the information and the way to put the information into action. The ANOVA Simulation shows how important it is to appropriately make plans regarding business changes, how to make decisions regarding company changes, and how to implement the plans in order to run a business successfully.

By looking at a problem in the workplace, this simulation shows the reader how to break down the statistics and make them work to the company’s advantage. Any business, small and large, can benefit from implementing the ANOVA and chi-square testing data. This information gives the management the benefit of planning or making changes to benefit the company. This data will allow the manager to see the areas that need improvement by showing the weaknesses and strengths of the employees, products and strategy used to promote the product.

Hypothesizing a plan by using the Kruskal-Wallis test is a formidable way to reduce any unnecessary testing and get to the heart of the problem. This will reduce costs and increase workflow by cutting out the unnecessary spending and working towards the resolution of the problem rather than the company spinning its wheels looking for a resolution in areas they do not need to look.

In the simulation, the information was thorough and resolved the problems at hand. It is, however, also recommended that the company work towards improving the training methods within the business. In the third month of the simulation, the suggestions were to implement a defect tracking system and review testing procedures.
