Riordan Manufacturing is an owned subsidiary of Riordan Incorporate. I present a presentation to have in location for ADR. Alternative Dispute Resolution is a solution with a timeline set outside for alternative to court litigation. ADR has several types that Riordan can handle. Arbitration is a hearing that has rules of evidence. Mediation is another type of ADR, which is separate from the others and it consists of a mediator who goes between the two parties and tries to direct in reaching a remedy. Medarb is a separate type that combines arbitration and mediation together. ADR types also include Minitrial and Rent-a-judge in which judges encounter the issue. These types of ADR help the organization in handling violations without litigation. The first step for the company would be to combine an alternative resolution clause. The organization other resolution matter will be, any individual who breaks the Corporate Compliance Plan will be subject to discipline for his or her actions. Behavior actions will include one-on-one talks, and written warnings, suspended from the organization, and terminated from the company. The matter will be based on how severe the violation is to the organization. This ADR statement will develop awareness and warnings to the workers of Riordan of the importance taken by the company. The changes are design to make the productivity increase and also to allow the business to meet compliance obligations. If an irreconcilable problem or dispute happens that cannot be resolved through negotiation, all individuals who are involved will agree to a meeting at a specific time, date, and location to resolve the matter by performing mediation. If mediation does not work to resolve a certain problem, then another kind of arbitration will be used before litigation is sought after to solve the dispute.
