International Markets And Many Factors That Affect It

In this paper, I will discuss several problems that various companies and sports agencies have in getting a hold of other markets in the world as well as how companies create new products that are accessible to anyone in the world. I will also discuss whether or not governments should place tariffs on imported products. The first item I will discuss below is how sports agencies can broaden their audience to a more international one.

Being a sports agency trying to branch out internationally in the United States can be a difficult prospect. We even tend to have different names for other sports over here and in some cases, it clashes with other sports. For example, soccer is called football in other parts of the world but in the United States, football is an entirely different sport! So that right there has somewhat of an odd block to bringing football to other countries. It does seem, however, that the National Basketball Association, NBA for short, has been quite successful in branching out internationally, bringing high level prospects to play from Europe and many other parts of the world. Basketball has even come to grow as a sport in many different countries. The NBA has adapted by changing many rules to suit bringing in players from all over. That and the allure of playing in the biggest, most well-known league in the world is enticing for many players wishing to become one of the great legends. It also seems that the National Football League has begun attempting to branch out to the international crowd. The NFL has a few games that take place in London during the regular season and the attendance grows every year because everyone wants to see how the game of football is played. It’s a great way to make it more accessible to everyone.
