Budget Information: The total cost of this project will be 550,000 pounds. This cost includes the development of the project, Testing, Installation and one year maintenance.

Project Objectives: The main objective to develop this project is to minimize the risks occur due to natural disaster or any kind of terrorist activity. It is much like security project. This project will able to create multiple backups, informing the incident response team and will create a virtual platform that will work in such situation to continue the work.

Approach:

• This will help to reduce the cost of security by emphasis only on essential issues rather than investing on the issues which are not really matters.

• By this project we can perform multiple backups at once and it will run automatically after the specific time so there will no need to start up the backups again and again.

• The project report will directly send to the authorized person of the company automatically when project create backups.

• Multiple location will be used to store backups and remote location will be used for virtual platform for BCM in these situations

• The development phase includes the examination of the working environment.

• Various tools will be used to perform simulation that cannot be disclosed to perform this project.

• We could even conduct the interviews to have better knowledge of the system.

• The testing phase will be done on the evening hours rather that peek business hours of the company.

• The information/result of project will keep safe by us and we find more better ways to make this perfect. This Project will save a lot of money and time of the company and company can now work on the other business issues.
