Dynamic Recruitment Philosophy:

1. Meet a new person

2. Make them your friend

3. Introduce her to your friends

4. Introduce her to the chapter

5. Ask her to join

Chapter Goals:

• Recruit 7 women of quality during the Spring 2009 semester

• Better educate current members and Pearls in Dynamic Recruitment

• Create and upkeep an effective wish list

• Transition into a Dynamic Recruitment Style

• Implement the membership selection grade scale as outlined in ASA’s Policies and Procedures

• To be at or near 35 members by the end of 2009

How to Reach These Goals:

• Hold monthly dynamic recruitment events using the team system

• Hold Dynamic Recruitment Practice sessions

• Meet with team leaders on a consistent basis to help them educate their

teams

• Create and upkeep an effective wish list

• Implement a consistent system for evaluating PNMs

• PR for Recruitment events a week in advance and send invitations via electronic (i.e. Facebook) or paper invites

• Implement an effective incentive program

• Update wish list at every business meeting.

• Palm Green- Joy, Jolene, Jessica, Sarah H., Jordan, Lacey, Abbey

• Pearl White- Whitney, Meagan, April E., Teri, Kendra

Team Member Expectations:

• Meet new women and add to wish list bi-weekly.

• Send an encouraging note to two women from the wish list each semester

• Meet with your team the week before your event to solidify details

• All team members are expected to support the team leader and assist them with PR and preparation for their team's event.
