Regarding to the rapid development of Pearl River Delta region, we have conducted an interview with Kintetsu World Express (HK) Limited and an evaluation of on her air cargo forwarding business, examining her operation flow and best practices. Finally, recommendations would be provided regarding to the future development.

Kintetsu Worldwide Express Inc (KWE) is the world's top 500 and the Japan's second-largest scale professional logistics companies. The Kintetsu World Express (HK) Ltd is a subsidiary by KWE. KWE (HK) was established in Hong Kong in Apr 1969.Now, KWE (HK) have 4 business sites, 56057 m2 warehouse space and 774 employees in Hong Kong.

Kintetsu World Express (H.K.) provides freight forwarding services of ocean and air cargo. They handle the general cargoes provided with consolidation services and shipments to all main cities worldwide. Moreover, KWE (HK) provides courier service division which guarantees direct delivery to Japan, Singapore and Taiwan consignee within 2 days. Also, KWE (HK) international operations are focused on the key areas in Europe, Asia, North and South America. And then, KWE (HK) has strong domestic networks in Japan, Singapore and Taiwan. Hence, Kintetsu World Express is a comprehensive and well established freight forwarder.
