Project Outline

Welcome to Papa Frank’s Construction Company. Today we have contracted a complete kitchen overhaul from our new clients Mr. and Mrs. Newcomer. Our clients have decided to utilize our services based upon advice from their friends that have used our services in the past. Our clients purchased an old house and the kitchen needs to be brought up to code and modernized to add substantial value to their home. During this reconstruction we will be removing and replacing all cabinetry, wiring, plumbing, flooring, drywall and insulation if any actually exists and bring these items up to today’s building code.

Our project team members consist of the following members: Professor Michael Hitson who has served as advisor for this project, my brothers and I who have installed numerous kitchen remodel projects over the years, however this will be my first project that I will be in charge of, my brothers Ken Farish who is a licensed Plumber, Joel Farish Licensed Electrician, James Farish Carpenter, David Farish Carpenter and myself Papa Frank Cabinet Maker and project coordinator for this project. Frank will secure financial risk screening for this project, Joel will be assessing any and all city code violation risks. David will be handling labor risks and OSHA Regulations. James will be dealing with insurance risks and neighborhood noise ordinances.
