Introduction

In this paper, I will first go over my interview with Grace at Lillehammer Bowling. I will discuss my findings of how Lillehammer Bowling selects employees, and then I will discuss their method of selecting according to what the textbook suggests. I will also show how I learned something from interviewing Grace, and how she could take actions towards bettering her selection of employees after my interview. I will them summarize what I learned and conclude my paper.
