ONLINE LEAVE APPLICATION
Recently, I am still receiving masses of emails regarding on leaves application where leaves are still being applied through my email; thereby, I found that most of the employees do not know the way to apply leave using online system which was created quite some time ago. This issue has caused me inconvenience as I have to apply leave daily for each one of you whom had applied it.
In order to reduce the inconveniences caused, the procedure of applying leave by using system are as follow:-
1. LOGIN TO HR ONLINE
Login to HR Online Portal at www.sakurahronline.my. The default user ID will be your staff ID and default password is “sakura” follow by your IC number (Example: sakura910101101234). After logging into the portal, you need to select “Apply Leave” on the right panel.
2. FILL IN INFORMATION REQUIRES
You may require to fill in your name, your department, reason for applying leave of absence, as well as the period of leave desired.
3. WAIT FOR APPROVAL
After all, you need to await for your department managers to approve or decline the application within five days of receipt. Please note that if HR Online is unavailable or inaccessible, you should notify your supervisor to discuss alternative arrangements.
I hope these guidelines will be helpful for you to apply leave by using online system. Please note that starting from today onwards, applying leaves via email will be ignored. Should you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to email me at hihi@sakura.com.my.
