Introduction
This community has seen a number of changes take place. Population, budget cuts, and a rise in crime, just to name a few. Recently Counsel Staff went to a state meeting were they took part in and heard suggestions for improvements on our current system. We are going to discuss several types of police of police organizational models. One of which happens to be Problem Oriented Policing. S.A.R.A. is a main component in that organizational model.
