INTRODUCTION:

Woodgrove Banking Company will be holding a 2-day training session at a centeralized on February 7-8, 2015. It is expected that two-three tellers from each branch will attend this training session, among the group one of the teller must be the Head Teller. The training will span two-days, with each training session lasting five (5) hours. The purpose of training session is to introduce the tellers to the new teller system that will be going live on March 1st. Along with being trained on the new systems, tellers will also review procedures and regulations they must follow and learn how to proof their work. This will provide them with a better understanding on how the Bookkeeping department functions on a day-to-day basis, and also provide another set of eyes when making sure transactions are being completed properly. The schedule for the training session is as follows: On the first day the training will focus on the new system being introduced, and address the user interface. The second day will concentrate on reviewing regulations and procedures that must be followed, and showing the tellers what to look for when proofing their work. The new teller system that is being implemented into the Woodgrove Banking Company will require some training and hands on practical application. In order to make something like this training session a success, and for the tellers to get as must out of the training as they can, this will take a lot of preplanning and a well-executed agenda that is backed by a long list of resources.
