The Problem and Its Setting

Introduction

The system show us the work of the gas agency. It provide the connection of new gas refill. And it also exchange the full refill instead of empty refill. For that it have the customer all information. It can also provide different tools related to the gas department. Also every cylinder have different serial number and they have also colour coding in every cylinder which determine the type of element that are going to consume or refill.

The purpose of this study is to provide summary of system requirements, system analysis design, and application user guide of the development of the inventory and delivery system of Davao International Mega Gas Corporation (DIMGC). It also presents the necessary for formal transaction review by the company and its user. It defines and describes the operations, interfaces, performance and quality assurance requirements of the software.

Statement of the Problem

The DIMGC of Gensan branch is one of the supplier of any type of gas that can aid the industrial, fishing, as well as the medical fields. DIMGC have been experience difficulty tracking a transaction such as inventory and delivery before they started it, but still they manage to track all the records by using writing pen and index card manually. For how many months the ink where they wrote in the index card will erase due to moisture of the area as well as the moisture of the paper they used it. The purpose of this study is to propose and develop a new type of inventory and delivery based on computerized system that can manage all the kinds of manipulation of their manually type inventory and delivery system. This system can ease the user when it comes to errors such as add, delete, edit, or update. Also this new type of system can view instant when it comes to monthly report.

Objective of the Study
