In our time of discontinuous professional development of personnel, training programs are of particular importance becoming an indispensable for the successful functioning in any organization.
Accelerated development of scientific and technological progress and the rapid obsolescence of professional knowledge and skills are not the sole determinant of greatly increased role of HR training programs - it helps to comply with stricter requirements of the market.
