Organizations are complex
It is difficult to understand and predict from People. Human complexities will be multiplied by
interactions among individuals and groups within organizations. Connections among different
organizations stimulates still another level of complexity. In this situation, the complex organization
may cause dual or even more structure. Challenges come to top management from organization
quite often for e.g. obstacles in establishing the proper procedures and clear communication
channels. Potential conflicts and barriers will be highly identified under this situation. Potentially,
disagreement will drive a slow decision making that causes low responsibility and ownership,
duplication of happen hinder. Management is recommended to streamline the complex organization
into a simple one so that challenges from each sector can be identified and resolved by consultant or
specialist theoretically.

Human nature is unpredictable, making it impossible to anticipate all the ramifications of any
decision, and many of today’s solutions create tomorrow’s problems. It may even create new
possibility for disaster. Conflict is inevitable because of the risk and prediction, resulting in the
