Managing one Self

We seldom to look on how to manage our self, but in order to succeed in our life and our career managing our self is one of the most important thing to be done. We will have to learn to manage ourselves. We will have to learn to develop our selves and we will have to place where we can make the great contribution and this means knowing how and when to change the work we do. In order to do this we have to understand what is our strength, how do I perform, what are my values, where do I belong, what should I contribute and how our responsibility for relationship. Let’s discuss one by one each of this component.

What is my strength?

To discover our strength is throughout feedback analysis. Based on this feedback will show what are we doing or failing to do that deprive you of the full benefit of your strength. To follow up this result there is a three step as below:

1. Concentrate on your strength. Put yourself where your strength can produce result.

2. Work on improving your strength. Analysis will rapidly show where you need to improve skills or acquire new ones.

3. Discover where your intellectual arrogance is causing disabling ignorance

How do I perform?

Only a few people know how they get things done, to many people work in ways that are not their ways and that almost guarantees non performance. The 1st thing to know is whether you are a reader or listener. How do I lean is the second thing to know to understand how we are performing something at our best. Do I work best as a team member or as a leader and also do I produce result as a decision maker or am I a type of adviser which is more into giving advice but unable to take pressure on any decision we made.

What are My Values?

To understand what is my value is by conducting mirror test. Mirror is reflecting yourself what kind of person you would like to see in yourself. We can do cross check on every morning by seeing our self in front of the mirror and ask...
