The Human Resource Management works for the development of the organization. They are responsible for the human capital which is the key for the business success. They are the link between employees and top management in order to keep the organization together and competitive in the market. They help employees and the company to meet their goals to grow in the market. By designing a good compensation plan would definitely keep your work force very satisfied and would create a commitment spirit with the company in order to be there and to help the organization to expand and progress.

1. Choose the type of organization for which you are designing the package.

The type of organization I select is Campbell Soup Company, and according to its own website it is a worldwide leader company in the soup market. The company has more than 20 brands in the North America market between beverages, sauces and soups. They employ approximately 7,000 employees. They are located in the United States and Canada and have 11 production facilities. They work in the manufacturing field by producing the soup and package them. They leave the raw material and other supplies to other secondary companies or manufactures they also work with. “All its resources are focused on expansionism and marketing. Its mission refer working together (employees and customers) will build the world's most extraordinary food company by nourishing people's lives everywhere, every day.” (Campbell Soup Company website-about us). This means the company is focusing on the production of high quality products, teamwork and has a social commitment with customers, stakeholders and the organization of satisfying their needs.
