Personality Assessments

After completing all of the exhibits for the personality assessment I have come to the conclusion I am more of an extraversion. An extraversion is a positive effect an individual has. For an example someone who expresses extraversion is someone who is perky, and happy all the time, they experience happiness in their life and everything that is going on around them. The same type of people tends to be more social, friendlier and more affectionate. Customer service and sales type positions are great job opportunities for them. They find the duties much easier to preform and have higher success at work. They ultimately find more enjoyment in their positions and perform better. They find great success and are a joy to work with by others in the same office. Agreeableness is a trait that captures the distinction between individuals who get along well with others. This is someone that can also liked by others and has the ability to care for everyone. This generally is someone with a big heart and can find the good in everything and everyone.

Cognitive Ability

There are several types of cognitive ability in fact eight different ones. I would personally fall under the ability to remember since I am a manager in my everyday job/career. This allows you to remember things ranging from simple associations to complex group of statements or sentences. This makes for a successful manager. To keep things organized and to pay attention o details where you know how to manage and lead your organization. If you have an individual in your organization that isn’t necessarily great at the skills of a manager you can substitute this with an assistant to the manager and this may still result in the same responses however could cost your organization more money to end in the same outcome.
