1. After researching many different leadership styles I have come to the realization that servant leadership and other leadership styles have some significant differences. I am comparing Servant leadership to Management leadership and the most significant differences that I found were that servant leaders are for the people while management leaders are for the company and self-appraisal. Servant leaders enjoy building a strong working community that allows room for discussion and feedback; while a management leader would rather build a strong company who has one final decision maker leaving others out of the loop. And the last difference that I feel is important is how servant leaders are for helping personal development and management leadership is for career development.

2. Servant leadership is a paradox due to the fact the words servant and leadership are opposits. Servant is someone who is humble and serves only people while leadership is described as someone who could be aggressive in their personality, who is meant to leader and guide other people and ultimately be served by the people. This is present in mine beause it clearly states the differences of both management and servant leadership styles showing that one must be a servant to efficiently lead, while also explaining the differences.

3. I think that my representation captures the qualities of effective leadership because it specifically differentiates the difference between a servant leader along with their characteristics and a management type leadership with their characteristics. Then a little further down it shows the differences. Along with each category a blurb about each leadership style is present as well...
