My mom began to cry as she saw me for the first time in three days. “I am so sorry” I whimpered as I wrapped my arms around my mother. I saw my little brother and started to cry “I love you little man” I said while the tears fell from eyes. “Where were you and what happened?” my father asked trying to hold back his emotions. My cheeks became red and I suddenly felt embarrassed and ashamed. “Daddy I am so sorry” I said as I tried apologizing consistently, but it wasn’t enough. He was enraged and it was my fault.

There I was once again reliving the last three days of my life as we passed all the familiar street signs. My body started to tremble as I noticed the car drawing closer to our destination. I was scared and closed my eyes as that night replayed in my head.

“Is this the place?” my dad asked as he pressed on the brake. “Yes” I replied as my hands started to shake. “Stay in the car!” both my parents exclaimed. As I watched my parents walk to the store door I imagined how things were going to play out. I believed my dad was going to kill Bob that day.

Inside I saw my dad throwing things and getting rowdy, as Bob was screaming and honestly looked quite frantic as he was scared of the six foot man going crazy in his store. There were no customers inside, just them two, watching this chaotic frenzy happening. I noticed Bob picking up the telephone and dialing a number quickly, than suddenly all I could hear were police sirens going off in the distance. I looked in the rear view mirror and the police were now here.

The police entered the store and noticed all the items thrown around the store. I snuck inside to notice all the commotion. “What is going on here” the officer asked. “He raped my daughter” my father yelled as he tried to hold back his tears. My mother was hysterical that this man had done this. “Is this true?” the policeman asked. I started stuttering as I tried to respond to the police officer, but I couldn’t make out the words I was trying...
